Volunteer opportunities abound at the Hospitality House.
Most volunteers go through an interview process with the volunteer coordinator or the executive director, and a schedule is decided upon by the volunteer.
Some people volunteer for one of the three-hour slots as a house receptionist.
Others volunteer for special events or projects on a one-time basis.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Assist with daily operation of house

Bookeeping Assistants
- Assist with bill payments

Clerical Assistants
- Assist with record keeping
- Assist with correspondence

Activity Volunteers
- Assist with on-going weekly events
- Assist with any house activity that will promote an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality
- Fund raising volunteers/assist with on-going fund raising efforts
- Assist with holiday celebrations
The house currently has 94 volunteers (including board members) who have donated an annual average of 4,700 hours (providing $47,000 of labor!).
